Released in May 2024, the Samsung Galaxy F55 is a fascinating smartphone with a catchy and fancy design. When you look at the smartphone, you are immediately struck by its unique leathery design at the back, especially if you buy the ‘Apricot’ variant (similar to the color ‘orange’). Not many smartphones, let alone the ones in the budget segment, will dare to do such a stunt and come out with a flying number.

In general, the Samsung Galaxy F55 has a typical Samsung smartphone design. It is a rectangular smartphone with rounded corners. It has a punch-hole camera at the top-middle section. At the back, three rear cameras are arranged in a column at the top-left corner of the backside of the phone. The camera lenses are surrounded by protruding rings that have a golden touch in them. There is a flash on the right side of the cameras. As mentioned earlier, the backside has a leathery design.

The leather is vegan and has a smooth and soft feeling. Upon touching, user can feel the texture of the leather. The leather design has rounded corners, just like the phone. The leather finish has stitch-like patterns, running vertically at both sides of the total length. On the left-hand side of the smartphone, there is a hybrid SIM slot that can accommodate two nano-SIMs or one nano-SIM and a MicroSD. The volume button and the power button are located on the right-hand side of the phone. A speaker grille, a USB port, and a microphone can be found at the bottom end of the phone while a noise-canceling microphone is located at the top-side of the phone.
